Shipping and Returns

Orders are shipped out most days, via express post within Australia, and you will be sent tracking details upon request. Please allow up to 5 days for processing. I do not accept any responsibility for delays from Australia Post.

I ship worldwide. I do not offer free shipping for international orders. Enquiries and quotes are welcome.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 

Most of my embroidery kits are custom made, and I do not accept returns on these items, unless they are damaged. All other items must be returned in a saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt.

Sold Out Items

I usually restock my embroidery kits, but there may be delays if I am waiting for stock. If a kit has sold out, and you’d like to know how long it will take to become available, please get in touch via email, at amy@grandpacat.com.au
